I can't help but believe that the memory of the little girl who died will spur people on to start speaking out in favor of gun legislation. Why must we be held hostage by a bunch of gun fanatics? Limiting access to semi-automatic weapons will not limit one's 2nd Amendment rights, but it may save the lives of other little girls.
I don't know. I think until it's pieces of your brain filtering out of the exit wound in your head, it's not quite real enough for real action.
