We are lucky here in the Rockies to still hear the gulls cry--western gulls & nowhere near the sea. But hearing them always makes me want to return to the ocean, always a vacation, but not a regular thing of course. So, love your haiga, those cries do linger in my dreams.

ReplyDeleteGulls hang out in the supermarket parking lots around here. It is so bizarre to hear their cries and to be carried away to the ocean.
