  1. Hi Diane!

I love the first sweet corn of the season. You always find the perfect photos to go with your poems!

I got home from a picnic today to find your poem, "Reports of the Weather," in the mailbox. How you knew it would be so perfect for me on this very day I have no idea, but I'm grateful for your clairvoyance and writing talent.

The last line is perfect, but the line "Tonight's words come electric, white hot, fit for no one's eyes but hers," until the cease is just how my journal writing feels sometimes.

    I'll treasure this always, Diane!

    Thank you!
    Keri

  2. I'm glad you like "Reports of the Weather," Keri. I make no claims to clairvoyance, but I'm pleased that it speaks to you today. Have a great rest of the weekend.
