November light

it appears the sun
has the power to put

  1. Hello Diane!! Happy to find you posting here...seems I have missed you at Poetry Friday for many weeks now. What a delight to catch up on your last few posts. This haiga is both whimsical and deep! I hope you are well.

    1. Hi Heidi! I'm afraid it's been more than many weeks that I stopped posting on Fridays, more than a year, now. I still post poems on Sundays and Tuesdays, so please stop by. Over the past year many of my poems have been pandemic related or political, but I'm hoping the political expression will no longer be needed. Stay safe!

  2. Diane, I also love catching up with your work that always gives me something to ponder. I am referring two art educators, Matt and Laura Grundler, to your site as they requested "any resources we could look at to help us strengthen our idea and give us some more direction (on their lesson plans blending art and haiku)."If you would like to offer one of your poems like the one above for my Abundant Autumn Gallery, please send one or a couple to me. Thanks.
