Haiku Sticky #188

This is definitely a senryu, since it deals primarily with human nature, although a natural event, a nor'easter, is the impetus for the pre-storm irrationality--"Gotta make sure we have bread and milk."

  1. i read it in a haiku vein; Line 1 as Kigo, and L2/3 as paradox to sustenance, L3 is very dramatic and affords for me a sharp cutting end allowing for reader participation in a questioning, wondering way; really interesting read

    much love...

  2. It's funny that so much evaluation can go into seven words! Thanks!
