Happy Easter weekend to those who celebrate!

A cherita is a haiku-like poem of three stanzas that tells a "story." The first stanza is one line and sets the scene. Stanza two is two lines, stanza three is three lines. A cherita terbalik is a cherita with the order of the stanzas rearranged.

  1. I like the POV here, Diane. We have used different things to dye our eggs in the past, too. I looked up each of these, except for onions and beets which we did use. Such an interesting picture, a quiet one, too.

  2. Beautiful art. Love the color list - “in a new light” - the sweet light on their sweet faces.

  3. Look at the expression on the tyke looking at the artist! Adorable. I used turmeric to dye eggs this year and they turned out a lovely yellow.
